ABOUT US
Industrial Contractors carries out welding and assembly services on the Polish market. We cooperate with many companies from the following industries: energy, transport and construction. We specialise in carrying out welding works in methods: TIG, MIG/MAG, as well as assembly of machines and assembly of steel structures. We weld various types of metals such as stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, black steel and aluminium.
Industrial Contractors is committed to high quality service and safety. So if you are interested in cooperating with our company we encourage you to contact us, we will present details of our offer in the field of welding and assembly services.
OUR SERVICES
ARC WELDING WITH COVERED ELECTRODE
A method of arc welding using a fusible metal electrode covered with a flux coating in which an electric current generates an arc between the electrode and the metals involved. The lagging decreases in temperature, emitting gaseous substances that create cover gas and slag. The lagging decreases protecting the weld from the influence of air. The slag additionally covers the weld reducing the cooling process.
MIG WELDING
(FUSIBLE ELECTRODE COVERED BY INERT GASES)
The MIG method is a process of welding by arc with a fusible electrode in the form of solid wire in an inert gas shield. As in the MAG method, the wire also serves as a filler (electrode wire). The MIG welding process utilizes noble shielding gases such as argon and helium and mixes of them.
The MIG method is used for welding non-ferrous metals – copper, titanium, zirconium and other non-ferrous metals and their alloys.
MAG WELDING
(FUSIBLE ELECTRODE COVERED BY ACTIVE GASES)
The MIG/MAG method involves an electric arc glowing between the material being welded and a wire electrode. The arc and the liquid metal pool are protected by a flow of inert or active gas.
Argon or helium are most often used as inert cover gases. And as active cover gases – carbon dioxide or its mix with argon.
TIG WELDING
One of the most universally useful welding methods, in which the arc is glowing between a non-fusible electrode made of pure tungsten or tungsten refined with oxides and the welded material.
The TIG method is used for manual or automatic welding. We use this method to weld stainless steels, acid-resistant steels and aluminum alloys.
ORBITAL WELDING
TIG is a type of welding in which an electrode is used as the welding electrode and inert gas, such as argon, is used as a gas cover. Most often, this method is used in pipe welding, as it allows to maintain precision and eshetics.
ASSEMBLY OF MACHINERY OR STEEL CONSTRUCTIONS
We are engaged in the fabrication and installation of entrusted steel constructions, with extreme carefulness and safety.
CONSTRUCTION AND CEREAL
Our offer includes: implementation of reinforced concrete works, comprehensive construction services, installation construction reinforcement on construction sites, works carpentry, production of finished reinforcement baskets by welding and tying of bars, supply steel for construction sites.
