{"id":864,"date":"2026-10-20T07:43:44","date_gmt":"2026-10-20T05:43:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/industrialcontractors.pl\/mag-135-welders-automotive-manufacturing\/"},"modified":"2026-10-21T13:45:34","modified_gmt":"2026-10-21T11:45:34","slug":"mag-135-welders-automotive-manufacturing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/industrialcontractors.pl\/en\/mag-135-welders-automotive-manufacturing\/","title":{"rendered":"MAG 135 Welders, Automotive production"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Industrial Contractors, in cooperation with Projektanci Kariery, is recruiting qualified MAG 135 welders for a project involving bus-frame manufacturing in Starachowice, at a large, established manufacturing facility.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>THE JOB AND PROJECT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work location: Starachowice, Poland.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planned start: from mid-December 2026; onboarding depends on confirmation of the schedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expected project duration: over 24 months; three-shift system, Monday\u2013Friday, possible Saturdays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duties: welding bus-frame sheets, pipes and profiles, preparing and grinding components, following technical drawings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PAY AND CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Base rate: PLN 35 net\/hour assuming applicable PIT-2 and the relevant individual tax and social-insurance circumstances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extra PLN 2 net\/hour for communicative Polish. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extra PLN 1 net\/hour for the required forklift and overhead-crane licences. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accommodation: PLN 600\/month, approximately 2\u20133 km from the site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Free forklift and overhead-crane courses planned after 3 months of work, subject to a lawful training agreement with a 12-month commitment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Referral bonus: PLN 1,000 for each referred welder who starts work; payment terms and taxation to be specified in the scheme rules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hands-on MAG 135 welding (short-circuit transfer D) and valid welding qualification certificates covering the necessary scope.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sheets 1\u201310 mm; pipes 20\u2013100 mm in diameter; fillet welds (FW) and butt welds (BW).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preferred fillet-weld positions: PD (overhead fillet), PF (vertical up) and PG (vertical down).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preferred pipe butt-weld positions: PC, PH, PJ or H-L045 (fixed pipe at 45\u00b0).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Multilayer fillet welds (ml) and one-sided butt welds without backing (ss, nb) are relevant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Polish, Ukrainian, English or Spanish communication possible; non-Polish-speaking groups are supported by a foreman\/interpreter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>WELDING TESTS \u2014 REQUIRED STAGE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Applicants must be able to attend an in-person welding test organised by us in Poland.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planned Saturdays: 7, 14, 21 and 28 November 2026, 9:00 am\u20132:00 pm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Location: Opole or D\u0105browa G\u00f3rnicza; exact time and location will be confirmed individually.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possible tasks: thin sheet (1.5\u20132 mm); 3\u20135 mm profiles and PF\/PG\/PD fillets; multilayer weld on 6\u201310 mm material; one-sided butt weld without backing; pipe around 48\u201350 mm in PC\/PH\/PJ or H-L045; technical drawing interpretation. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>These are preparation examples, not a confirmed exam set.
